在硬件节点CMD下执行vzctl enter vpsid，进入一个VPS的CMD时候报告如下错误：

      C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>vzctl enter 118
      ERROR: Windows API function call 'CreateProcess' failed, code 0x2
      Environment is not changed.
